Sara brings over 20 years of expertise in clinical research and healthcare operations. Sara has driven large-scale clinical research site expansions, specialized in regulatory compliance for Pharma and Biotech partners, and led centralized research administration for organizations of all sizes—from major, multi-campus health systems to innovative start-ups.
Beyond Sara, Stygma is supported by a multidisciplinary team of experts with deep knowledge in the financial, regulatory, and technological complexities of managing clinical trials and research programs. This expertise is complemented by a strong focus on leadership coaching—empowering teams not only to operate effectively, but to lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
